Josh Maxwell 22 (at the time) and Tessie McFarland (21 at the time). Tessie McFarland (October 10th, 1979): Use to be a stripper who was a teenage mother addicted to crack cocaine. Maxwell's step sister actually helped McFarland land a job getting money thrown at her snatch at one time. When McFarland was growing up she wanted to be a reporter and report the news. After he knew she was dead he sliced her chest. Then he cut her head and hands off and through them in a nearby river. 2 months after the crime he was found guilty and sentenced to death.
Cooler Full of Skulls: A state witness who testified against Massey in court was walking one day and found a cooler full of 31 animal skulls (mainly dogs and cats). Inside the cooler along with the skulls were journals written by Massey. The journals were called "Slayer's Book Of Death". He also stabbed a correction officer while on death row. The officer was stabbed in the back 14 times with a "shank" that had an 8 inch blade. The guards body armour prevented serious injuries.
Dorsey was written up for infractions at least 95 times in the 8 years he was on death row.

Sentencing: In May of 2000 Dorsey was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to death. He was executed on August 12th, 2008. He was 32 at the time of his execution.

On October 29th, 1993 in Clarksville, Texas Pondexter, Ricky Bell, Deon Williams, and James Henderson broke into the home of 84 year old Martha Lennox. Once in the home they took $18 from her purse. Reports say that Henderson shot Lennox in the head first when she was lying in her bed. Then handed the gun to Pondexter. Then Pondexter shot Lennox in the head and said "Now that's how you smoke a bitch" as he shot her. They then stole her car and drove it to Dallas using the money they stole out of her purse for gas.
All these black thugs have the same profile. Pondexter was only 19 at the tine of the murder and already had 2 kids which I am willing to bet he never spent a time on. The tax dollars probably did that just like they did it for him as he rotted in jail.

Prior to killing Lennox Pondexter had numerous weapons related charges in Oklahoma as a juvenile.
Earlier in the month while in Oklahoma Pondexter robbed a woman of her coat and stabbed her in the head and lungs with a pair of scissors.
Tyrone Cade and his girlfriend Mischell Fuller were not getting along. Fuller was a native of Belize but moved to the USA when she was 9. Fuller was getting sick of Cade being a leech and wanted him out of her house. He refused. So instead of being a real man and leaving Cade decided to grab a knife that he had stashed underneath the bed and stab Fuller numerous times until he killed her. He raped her dead corpse also. But what can you expect when you date a registered sex offender? And a groid? That is like eating a piece of shit(Bruni Browner) with barb wire on it. You lose both ways. And it is gross beyond words.
It is said that Cade and Fuller had not been intimate for a long time and that Fuller was hoping to get back with her ex husband.
He also killed Fuller's 18 year old daughter Desaree Hopkins when she entered the room to help her mother. Cade once threatened to Hopkins that he would burn the house down with her in it. This was when Fuller was trying to get him to move out.
These murders occurred on March 27th, 2011 in Irving, Texas.
Both of Fuller's children who lived in the house did not like Cade and did not want her mother dating him.
Cade was charged with rape back in 1999 after befriending a woman at a laundry mat. Before Cade raped this woman who testified against him at court about the brutal crime in 1999 she was doing well. She was a 21 year old college student with a great job at a broadcasting company. After Cade raped her her life went down hill. She is now in jail on drug charges, pregnant, and an addict. The woman told jurors at the trial that Cade said "Don't make me kill you like the last girl".
Victims
Mischell Fuller: 37 years old. Stabbed to death 28 times
Desaree Hopkins: 18 years old. Stabbed to death 39 times one wound punctured her spinal cord.
Arrest: Fuller walked into the Irving Police Department after the murders and told them that he killed Fuller and Hopkins.
Sentencing: While in court Cade had to look away at photos shown of the stab wounds he inflicted on his girlfriend and her daughter.

Nothing like getting your car washed at the Mi-T-Fine Car Wash in Irving, Texas. You see your typical things at a car wash. Cars, soap, and on March 15th, 2000 one lucky woman got to see a male employee pull out his pud and start masturbating. That man is none other than Robert Wayne Harris. The next day on March 20th, 2000 at 7:15 am in a car he borrowed from Herrera, Harris went to the Mi-T-Fine Car Wash. He stormed into the building and forced the manager, assistant manager, and a cashier into a room containing the safe. After he received some cash (undisclosed some reports say $300 some say $4,000) he laid all 3 on the ground and executed them by shooting them in the back of the head. Even slitting ones throat. After that was done 3 more employees arrived at work and Harris forced them into the office and executed those 3 also by shooting them in the back of the head.
As he was ready to leave then a 7th employee arrived named Jason Shields. Shields seen the crime scene and Harris told Shields that he himself had just came in and stumbled across the scene. The 2 went next door to a doughnut shop and called 911.
Harris was arrested the next day at a friends house. Sources reveal that that day he had planned to drive over to Florida to kill an ex-girlfriend.
Robert Wayne Harris:(Born February 28th, 1972) Prior to the killings Harris was just released from prison after serving an 8 year sentence for burglary, evading arrest, and unauthorised use of a motor vehicle. He was released on May 3rd, 1999. While in prison Harris spent most of his time in segregation due to frequent random violent out burst while incarcerated. In prison he also threatened to kill prison staff, dealt drugs, and engaged in sexual misconduct. Sounds like a great citizen to let back into society.
After Harris's arrest he led police to a ditch and showed police the remains of an Irving woman Sandra Scott (37) who had been missing for 4 months. Harris was charged in her kidnapping and murder.
At 8 years old Harris watched his father kill his mother.
Harris also had a very bad stutter one of the worst people have said they had ever seen.
Harris was in special education during his early years of school.
When Harris was 15 he stole from his aunt. When she reported the burglary Harris went back to her house and struck her over the head with a hammer. He hit her so hard with it that he broke the hammer over her head. He spent 2 years in Juvenile Hall for this incident.
Once out at the age of 17 Harris began dealing crack.
Harris has a daughter Charity McFadden. She openly stated that she hoped her father got the death penalty. She said "I am happy it happened in Texas, They have the death penalty, They will get rid of him faster than any other state".

Augustin Villasenor: Car wash assistant manager 36 years old. Had worked at the car wash for 11 years. Was the brother of Benjamin. Lived in Arlington, Texas. His throat was also slit after he was shot.
Dennis Lee: Car wash manager. 48 years old. Lived in Irving, Texas.
Rhoda Wheeler: Cashier. 46 lived in Irving, Texas.
Benjamin Villasenor: 32 worked at the car wash for 7 years was the brother of assistant manager Augustin.
Roberto Jimenez: 15 was from Mexico.
Ramos: Age 37. Shot but survived. Is permanently disabled.
Harris was sentenced to death and executed via lethal injection on September 20th, 2012.
When Harris died he thanked his brother, three friends, and the Texas Rangers baseball team. Since Texas no longer gives death row inmates final meals Harris was stuck eating the same shit as the other inmates.

While there he purchased a suitcase and latex gloves. Now who buys that at 3 am? That is like going into a store at that time and buying spoons and baking soda we all know what you need it for. Once detectives talked to walmart employees they found out only 2 of those suitcases had been purchased in the last week. Then right on camera they seen Rosendo Rodriguez buy it. How did they know he was? He used his military debit card to purchase the items. He was also driving a red rental truck. A truck that an associate of Summer's said that she was last seen in. What makes this guy even sound more guilty is that he stayed at a Holiday Inn while the rest of the guys staying in Lubbock for the training stayed in a Holiday Inn too but on the other side of town. Rodriguez was the only one that stayed at that certain hotel. When police seized Rodriguez's computer they found that he searched numerous times for Summer Baldwin articles and also discovered that he searched for another girl which he had killed earlier in 2004 named Joanna Rogers.

Investigation: When police searched the Holiday Inn in which Rodriguez stayed in they. A month after the murder, Rodriguez, accompanied by counsel, gave a statement to the police. Rodriguez admitted that he had spent time with Baldwin. He stated that he met Baldwin on Saturday evening, September 10th, around 10:00 p.m. He said that he was driving down a dark street when he saw Baldwin walking in the same direction that he was driving. He noticed that she was crying, so he pulled over. After letting her get cleaned up at his hotel room, he drove her home. He claimed that he did not know that Baldwin was a prostitute.

He apparently also has been accused of sexually assaulting and raping four other women while in Texas Tech. He also sexually assaulted his first high school girlfriend who testified against him at court. But none of these rapes were reported to law enforcement.
He was a man who his friends said never had a problem getting women and said that to him having sex was like a handshake. He also bragged to people about getting prostitutes and killing people in Iraq (He lied at least on the last one as records show he has never been to Iraq).
He was also known to use his charm to get women to have sex and shortly after the sex always turned violent. While he was at Texas Tech also he was dating a woman and when the woman found out Rodriguez was cheating on her she went to confront him about it at his apartment. Then he held her down on the couch and raped her. It was her first sexual experience.

Summer Lee Baldwin (Born August 27th 1976): Summer Baldwin was a known prostitute and drug addict. Rodriguez claims that they had consensual sex and then she began smoking crack. When he took the crack pipe away from her she attacked him with knives. He then put her in a choke hold. This all occurred at a Holiday Inn on September 13th, 2005. She was 29 at the time of her death.
He then went to Walmart where he purchased the suit case and latex gloves not only was he caught on camera buying these items but his card key from the Holiday Inn confirms the times in which he entered his hotel room. On September 14th, 2005 Summers wallet was found in a trash bin with no money in it. Due to the fact that Summer was pregnant her murder is considered a double homicide.
Joanna Kathryn Rogers (Born June 25th, 1987): Rogers was 16 when she went missing in 2004. Rodriguez claimed that they had sex and then she demanded money from him
He then choked her to death stuffed her body in a suitcase also. The city searched the city landfill for 2 months before they found her decomposed body. She snuck out of her house at 3 am to go meet Rodriguez whom she had met on the internet. The US postal service distributed out 52.000 fliers on the one year anniversary of her disappearance and got nothing back. She was a junior at Lubbock high school at the time of her disappearance. There she was active in theatre, Dance, Debate, and Student relations. She was also involved with church and youth activities.
Plea Deal: Under a plea deal Rodriguez would give information on where the body of Joanna Rogers was so he could serve a life sentence and avoid the death penalty.
The trial: It took the jury only 2 and a half hours to sentence Rodriguez to death. In March of 2008 Rodriguez was convicted of capital murder. He was found guilty of 2 counts of murder for Summer Baldwin and her un born child. He wasn't charged with the death of Joanna Rogers due to his plea bargain.
Appeals: Rodriguez has filed numerous appeals to avoid execution. Which to me is ridiculous that he is still even alive they should of gased this guy along time ago. He is just wasting air and taking up space. In one of his appeals he claims that his attorneys should of stopped him from making a plea deal in the death of Joanna Rogers. He also claims that lawyers should of prevented him from admitting his crime to the police.
