An alleged gang member from Houston is now the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list, and authorities are offering a cash reward for help putting him behind bars.Gilberto Ruvalcaba, who DPS identifies as a member of the Sureo 13 gang, is wanted for parole violation. In 2011, the 29-year-old was convicted in El Paso County on a charge of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. He was released on parole before completing his nine-year prison sentence and has now allegedly absconded.
Ruvalcaba's last known address is in Houston, but officials say he also got ties to El Paso and Anthony, New Mexico.
Ruvalcaba is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds. He has several tattoos covering his neck, chest, abdomen, back and both arms. He may also be known as "Krusty," or spell his last name as "Rubalcava."

A twenty-year-old homeowner reportedly shot five home intruders with an AK-47 in east Houston on Saturday, killing three of them.
The investigation is ongoing, but initial reports from ABC 13’s Stefania Okolie indicate that two men stormed into the homeowner’s residence around 1 a.m. demanding cash. The homeowner says he pretended like he was reaching under his couch for the cash but instead pulled out a gun and opened fire.
He continued to fire at the two men as they fled his house and even fired on their vehicle as they drove away. In the end, he killed three men and injured two others. At least one was found dead in the back seat of the getaway vehicle and another died from his injuries after attempting to flee the vehicle, LINK

A 14-year-old boy behind the wheel of an SUV being chased by a car that had been vandalised with eggs has been charged with murder after a fatal crash in north Harris County.
The boy, who sustained a broken ankle, was booked Wednesday into the county's juvenile detention center. Meanwhile, a driver targeted during the joyride prank, who then chased him to an intersection in the Magnolia Gardens area, has been located and is cooperating with police, authorities said. That man allegedly brandished a semi-automatic handgun during the chase, deputies said.

Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division Sex Crimes Unit need the public’s help locating the suspect responsible for an aggravated sexual assault in the Meyerland area.
According to investigators, a man robbed and sexually assaulted a woman in her apartment in the 9500 block of Meyer Forest around 11:2- p.m. on April 22.
Investigators say the man followed the woman to her apartment, and punched her in the face. He then dragged her inside her inside her apartment and sexually assauulted her. After the assault, he grabbed some of the woman’s belongings and fled the scene in an unknown vehicle.
The man is described as 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs between 170 and 180 pounds and has light brown complexion.<SNIP>
