Philllip Fraser

   When I use to watch Unsolved Mysteries as a kid this story really got to me. They have never solved it and the only updated from the original story is that they found his body and burnt out car. The question is "WHO killed Phillip Fraser".
  On June 14th, 1988 25 year old Phillip Innes Fraser(Born Jan 3, 1965) was heading from his home in Anchorage, Alaska down to college in Seattle, Washington. Which to begin with is a long drive.
  When he went throw the border from Alaska to the Yukon he had to drop off hand guns. Due to the fact they are illegal in Canada. Sort of irrelevant to the case but maybe if he had them on his person he would still be alive today.
   600 miles from the border at a cafe a hitchhiker was dropped off. When this man was in the cafe there the owners though something was fucked up with him right from the get go. Even as far as saying they thought that he escaped from a mental institution.

  Shortly after the nut bag arrived Phillip Fraser came up and got some gas. The nut bag went out and asked Phillip for a ride. Phillip said no. I have been up there numerous times. And if someone is too fucked up to give a ride to and help out. They have something wrong with them.
  When Phillip took off the nut bag chased the car. Phillip finally decided to give him a ride. Which turned out to be the last time he was seen alive.
   200 miles south of the cafe and 8 hours later a man flagged down a ride. The Olsen's from Kitwanga, BC. The Olsen's were told by the man that he was having car trouble.They also felt that he was acting very nervous. But at the time they chalked that up to him maybe being scared as he was alone out in the middle of no where. The Olsen's went as far as to let the man stay at their house in the basement. With all their guns to boot.  The man told the Olsen's that his name was Phillip Fraser and he was heading down to Washington to study medicine.
  The man tried to sell the car to the Olsen's for a plane ticket. When the Olsen's said they couldn't do it for a few days. But he couldn't wait that long. The man also pulled out 2 wallets which made the Olsen's a tad suspicious of him. The man then took off.
  12 hours later Phillip's burnt out car was found in Prince George, BC at a car wash. 6 weeks later they found Phillip's body in a gravel turn around. He had been shot to death.

 This case has never been solved and the hitchhiker is the primary suspect. Problem is no one knows who he is. In 1988 they figure the man was about 25 years old. He was described as having rotten teeth, a beer belly, and strong body odor. The Olsen's said that he seemed to be familiar with the Toronto and Seattle areas.
   Sadly not solved and the odds of it getting slimmer by the day. Phillip's father died in 2014 Serial killer Michael McGray may be responsible as he killed numerous Canadian hitchhikers and resembles the suspect sketch.

John Addis

  Cops all make good criminals. I believe in order to be a great cop you have to be a great criminal. In the same respect in order to be a great criminal you need to be a great cop. Original night stalker for example. I figured that fuck was a cop or military before his old ass got caught. John Patrick Addis(Born May 11th, 1950) was known as a great cop and detective. So good that he instructed law enforcement from all of Alaska on forensic crime scene investigation.

  This is what made John Addis so elusive from cops until his death.
  In the 70's Addis was a state trooper in Alaska. He was married to Jodi. They ended up getting divorce because he beat her ass alot and the whole time he was a cop no one knew.
  They lived in a cabin in the Alaskan wilderness with no running water or heat. Holy shit no shower. Even negros in Africa can go bath in elephant shit. He must of stunk when he went on service calls.
  He was an avid caribou hunter.
  After Addis got divorced he got married immediately to another woman. She divorced him quickly for beating her. Also Addis had to serve a year in jail for abducting his 4 children from his first marriage.

 So he moved away from Alaska, quit his job and hunted for wife number 3. He moved down to the lower 48, Las Vegas to be specific. He posed as a fitness trainer, screen writer, and or novelist. Due to his cop skills Addis was great at changes his identities. In 1995 he met Joanne Albanese a divorcee with 2 young daughters, who knew Addis as John Edwards. Joanne worked at the MGM Grand Hotel in Vegas. On top of Addis's horrid temper he did nothing and leached and mooched off of Joanne. On August 1995 Joanne went missing. Three days later they found Joanne's car abandoned in Prescott, Arizona. Investigators in the crime finally found out Edwards was really John Addis. Near Joanne's car her remains were found 3 years after she disappeared but Addis was no where to be seen.

  Addis then made his way to Guadalajara, Mexico and got himself wife number 4. A 26 year old named  Laura Padilla. Addis fathered 2 children with her. In 2006 Addis murdered his wife and his 2 children(age 4 &6). They were found in Chiapas, Mexico. The authorities found papers there that belonged to John Addis. Addis had been living as J.Charles Peterson and claimed to people he was Canadian. Addis had been making a living there teaching English and tennis.
  Addis soon made his way to a hotel in Guatemala City, Guatemala and committed suicide.

You are more likely to be raped in Anchorage than any other city in the US. 

Anchorage Police arrested the man and charged him with the sexual assault of a woman, the unlawful entry into two separate residences and with assault on two grandparents.

At 9:40 a.m., APD received a call from a woman reporting that she had just been beaten and sexually assaulted by 40-year-old Travis Felder.

The assault occurred in a storage unit located at the 2200 block of Gambell Street, where the victim had slept the previous night. Following the assault, the victim fled to the manager’s office to report the attack. Meanwhile, Felder turned off the electricity to the storage complex, disabling the surveillance videos. He then fled the area wearing a black bra and a pair of women’s Capri pants.

A short time later, APD received a call from a citizen, who stated that a black male, dressed as a woman and acting strangely, entered his residence without permission, went upstairs and laid down on his bed. In an effort to get the man to leave, the homeowner agreed to give the stranger a ride to the area of Northern Lights and Maplewood. 

Based on the citizen’s description, the man was believed to have been Travis Felder.

An Anchorage man accused of using a stolen truck to ram
 Anchorage police cars will face federal charges related
 to the alleged crime.

Poly Johnrobert Lomu, 22,  is charged with being a felon in
 possession of a firearm.

In September, officers said they found Lomu passed out in a
 stolen truck on
Northern Raven Drive with a handgun in his lap.
Police say when
officers tried to get him to exit the truck,
 Lomu woke up and started crashing into the police cars.

Officers ultimately used pepper spray to get him
out of the truck.
They searched the truck and found pistol; Lomu also
 had two .45 caliber rounds of ammunition in his pockets.

Lomu has an extensive criminal history with a vehicle
 theft in the first-degree conviction in 2015 and a theft in

 Seventeen years after teenager Bonnie Craig was abducted from a South Anchorage street, raped, beaten and left for dead in a creek along Turnagain Arm, a Superior Court judge on Monday handed down the sentence for Craig's convicted killer.

Kenneth Dion, 42, was sentenced to serve 124 years for the killing, which haunted Anchorage for years. Judge Jack Smith did not issue any suspended time.
A hiker found Craig's body facedown and submerged in McHugh Creek on a chilly autumn day, Sept. 28, 1994. Years went by with few good leads, until semen found in Craig matched DNA taken from Dion in 2006, when he was convicted of a string of armed robberies in New Hampshire.
